A look-back to Doha and the current situation

The last 12 months have set some restrictions for all of us with the COVID situation and the recent outbreak of the Equine Herpes Virus, which has affected sporting events around the entire world.
More than ever, we have to take necessary precautions to ensure our horses' health and care and for shows to go ahead. It's been a difficult time for many of us, and a time we must all pull through together.
Luckily for Edwina and her horses, the 5* LGCT show in Doha at Al Shaqab's world-class facilities by the beginning of March was able to go ahead with strict regulations.
"Doha was incredible. It was fantastic to be back on the high level again, competing against the best riders. It definitely puts things into perspective and gives you a real view of the level your horses are up to. I was delighted with the way Identity performed, and I look forward to the upcoming show season," Edwina says.
While the International shows are still on hold, we hope to see California back competing in Lanaken in mid-April for their first show back. At the moment, they are getting jumping fit.
