Once again, Edwina ended the weekend in style, and rode
Veronese Teamjoy beautifully around the course, keeping clean and steady to the very last to catapult themselves into the nine-horse jump-off.
With every stride perfectly timed, Edwina finished clear but just shy of the podium positions with a time of 47.54 seconds. With this, the duo repeated their success from the GCT Madrid just a few weeks prior, where they also ended the weekend with a
fourth-place finish in the Volvo Trophy/The Kings Cup.It was home hero Peder Fredricson and his mount H&M Christian K who took the win, followed by Ben Maher in second, and Michael Whitaker in third.
Next stop on the busy show calendar will be on home ground, for the
GCT Monaco, taking place in just two weeks.
